ORDERS

Easy. Pick your poison—Musang King or Blackthorn—add to cart, pay, done. We handle the rest.

We ship the same day your durians drop. That means picked, packed, and airborne within hours—zero chillers, all thrill. You’ll get it fresh the next day.

We require at least 2 days. Deliveries are done exactly one week after the end of each drop.

Once payment has been processed, you’ll receive an order number, followed by a shipment tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

As long as your order has not shipped yet, shoot us an email at hello@finaldrop.co with your order number and request to cancel, and our team will help!

We aren’t able to hold or schedule an order for a specific shipping/delivery day. All orders ship out within 1 week from when the drop ends.

DROPS

To ensure the finest of fruits, each drop will be announced when optimal harvesting conditions are met and after each fruit goes through our extensive quality control process

Each drop will be available for 5 days or until stocks last.

It might be today, it might be tomorrow. Sign up for our drop list so you won’t be the last to know

Sign up for our drop list at hello@finaldrop.co, follow us on socials, or just keep an eye on the site. We don’t spam. We only show up when it’s worth your time (and taste buds).

SEASONAL AVAILABILITY

We wish. Nature has its own schedule—and we don’t mess with that. Our durians are seasonal drops, usually twice a year depending on weather and harvest. When it’s on, it’s on—and when it’s over, it’s gone.

Typically:

  • Main Season: June to August
  • Mini Season: November to January

Exact timing may shift based on rainfall, sun, and Mother Nature’s mood. We keep it tight with our growers, so we’ll always let you know when the good stuff’s coming.

Yes. If you’re the type that likes to lock it in early, we’ve got options for pre-orders and priority access. Join the drop list and never miss your moment.

Because we’re not basic. Freezing dulls the complexity of the flavour, and that’s just not what Final Drop is about. We do fresh, full-throttle flavour—or nothing at all.

FRESHNESS & AUTHENTICITY

Our first-pick process prioritises the selection of the best, ripest fruits for optimal flavour and quality. We follow a strict process to ensure only the highest-quality durians make it to our customers.

We take authenticity very seriously and go to great lengths to ensure our durians are the real deal. Here’s how we guarantee it:

Direct from farm – We work directly with trusted farms and orchard owners in Raub and Balik Pulau where we have built long-term partnerships built on mutual trust and shared commitment to premium quality durians.

  • Harvest & Packing Verification – each fruit will undergo a detailed tracking and labelling process by origin, each with orchard identifiers and QR codes or batch numbers.
  • Supply Chain Transparency – customers can always request documentation (durian’s variety, location and harvest date) or orchard details upon placing an order.
  • Customs & Export Documentation – for international orders, especially to Hong Kong, we provide full export documentation, which clearly states the durian origin. These are reviewed and stamped by relevant Malaysian authorities during the shipping process.
  • Taste & Appearance Profile – durians from Raub and Balik Pulau are distinct in taste, texture, and colour. Experienced durian lovers will recognize the rich bitterness and creamy flesh of Raub’s Musang King, or the complex sweet-savoury balance of Balik Pulau’s Blackthorn – something that is hard to replicate.

We are committed to delivering genuine, premium durians from regions we proudly represent. If authenticity is ever in doubt, please do reach out to us for verification or feedback. We’re happy to assist!

Better. We seal it in a box unlike any other, packed with premium gloves. No cold packs needed—our durians are harvested fully ripe, and flown fresh, not frozen. The whole fruit (shell intact) is packed into an airtight food-grade, export-compliant packaging.

SHIPPING + RETURNS

If your order is running a little late but still expected to arrive within the delivery window you selected, hang tight — it’s still on its way. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, and delivery delays can happen. But if it looks like your parcel might arrive after the promised time frame, just drop us a message at hello@finaldrop.co and we’ll sort it out for you!

Give it a minute—sometimes couriers mark it early. Still nothing? Hit us up and we’ll help investigate. Durian waits for no one, but we do.

It’s common for boxes to get dinged up in transit. If your box was ripped or taped up, it’s usually the carrier’s way of keeping it secure from further damage. Of course, if there are issues with the durians themselves, snap a photo, send it to us at hello@finaldrop.co, and we’ll make it right. We pack like pros, but sometimes the journey gets bumpy. We’ve got your back.

In two words: just chill. Literally. Durians are soft, creamy, and a little unpredictable — especially in hot weather, when they can arrive extra ripe or mushy. Just pop those bad boys in the fridge to firm up and they’ll bounce right back. If something seems seriously off, snap a few photos and send them our way at hello@finaldrop.co — we promise to get to the bottom of it.

Due to the perishible nature of our delicate fruits, our return window is within 24 hours and only under extremely special circumstances. We undergo strict quality checks prior to shipment and only process the freshest fruits. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, do reach out to us at hello@finaldrop.co — we are always happy to assist.

CRACKING OPEN YOUR DURIAN

You’ll need:

  • a thick kitchen towel or use our premium Final Drop gloves (for grip and protection)
  • a durian knife or any strong, short-blade knife; and
  • a clean surface or chopping board.
We can’t promise it’ll be effortless, but something this delicious requires some elbow grease. Follow these steps to enjoy your durian at home like a pro:

  1. Inspect the durian base, turn it upside down. Look for natural seams or lines that divide the durian into sections–these are where the fruit will naturally split.
  2. Protect your hand. Hold the durian firmly with a towel or glove to protect them from the sharp spines.
  3. Insert the knife into the base (stem end). Find the central point where the seams meet, and press the knife into that spot, just enough to wedge in and twist.
  4. Twist and pry open along a seam. Once the knife is in, twist to open a gap along the seam. Use your hands (protected) to pull the husk apart along the line.
  5. Open the pod gently – the husk should now open into a pod-like chamber, revealing soft golden pulp.
  6. Scoop out the pulp – carefully lift out the durian flesh by hand and spoon. Avoid damaging the pulp as it’s soft and creamy,
  7. Repeat with other sections. Most durians have 4-6 chambers. Follow the seams to open each section and extract all the pulp.
  8. Finally, dispose of the husk in a sealed bag (it’s very fragrant), or just keep it around so your neighbours know you’ve just gotten the best durian one can get.

Here’s a time-tested tip straight from our farming communities: take an empty durian husk, fill it with water, and use it to rinse your hands or gargle — it helps neutralise the smell. To beat the heatiness, add a pinch of salt to the water and drink it straight from the husk. Old-school, but it works like a charm.

STORAGE + CARE

Eat it fresh—trust us. But if you must wait or have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge (0–4°C) for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2–3 weeks. Thaw in the fridge and serve chilled for the best flavour. For peak taste, enjoy within 48 hours.

Relax, durians come in all shapes, sizes and smells. As long as they arrive within the specified time period, you can be sure they’re what fresh durians smell like.

Fresh durians are best within 1–2 days of arrival. Stored right, you’ve got up to 5 days for an unopened fruit, or 2-3 days for its segments/ flesh in the fridge or 2-3 weeks in the freezer. But let’s be honest—you won’t wait that long.

One serving (about 100g) packs roughly 150–170 kcal. Rich in potassium, iron, and Vitamin C. No additives, just fruit: high in fiber, healthy fats, and carbs.

CORPORATE GIFTS

Nope. Whether it’s 5 or 500, we’ve got you. But large orders do move fast, so don’t sleep on it.

Absolutely. Just provide the addresses and we’ll handle the logistics. Your gifting game just leveled up.

Yes. Pre-book your drops and schedule deliveries when you’re ready. Fresh fruit, on your terms.

You bet. Add a custom note at checkout or let us know—we’ll make sure your durian says what you mean.

We do. Hit us up with your quantity and we’ll give you the inside deal. The more you send, the sweeter it gets.
